RETURNS
We’re happy when we know you are completely satisfied with your NickWatch and the Caregiver app. That’s why we offer a full refund, within 14 days of receipt of your order.
The refund is applicable under the following conditions:
- The item was purchased online through www.nickwatch.com . We cannot accept items purchased through other channels.
- The item must be returned to us in its “like new” working condition in its original packaging.
Unfortunately we will not be able to refund money on items that do not meet the above requirements.
The refund will be credited to the original form of payment within 14 business days from the day the returned items are received at our warehouse.
Should you wish to return your order, please sign in to your account at www.nickwatch.com , click “My returns” ‘ create a new return request and follow the instructions. NickWatch support agents will provide you with RMA (Return Merchandize Authorization) and an unpaid shipping label. You will be required to pay the shipping cost of the returned goods.
Subscription Plans
- We don’t offer refunds on a Data Pack unless the order is cancelled in full within 14 days of receipt of the order.
- When you cancel a monthly Data Pack, you cancel future charges associated with your
Data Pack
